Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to everyone who opens an account or plays at ZEOS BET (www.zeosbet.com, the "Site"). By registering or using the Site you agree to them. Please read them carefully, together with our Privacy Policy and the rules of each game and promotion.

1. Who we are

2. Who can play

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher.
• Online gambling must be legal where you are. You may not use the Site from [RESTRICTED COUNTRIES], or from any place where online gambling is prohibited. Some games are not available in every country; studios can refuse to open a game where you are.
• One account per person, household, device and payment method. Duplicate accounts may be closed and their balances and winnings withheld.
• Employees of ZEOS BET and its game and payment partners may not play for real money.

3. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your password secret — you are responsible for everything done with your account.
• We may ask you to verify your identity, age, address and the source of your funds at any time, and always before a withdrawal if we have reason to. Until verification is complete we may hold withdrawals or suspend the account.
• We may refuse an account, or suspend or close one, if we suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, or a legal or regulatory requirement.

4. Balance, deposits and currency

• Your balance is held and shown in US dollars (USD) and is used for every game on the Site.
• Crypto deposits: we accept USDT (TRON / TRC-20 and Ethereum / ERC-20), Bitcoin, Ethereum and TRON (TRX). Each player gets their own deposit address. A deposit is credited in USD at the market rate when it is confirmed on the blockchain. Send only the coin and network shown for an address — funds sent on another network or in another coin may be lost and cannot always be recovered.
• Deposits below the minimum shown on the deposit page are not credited automatically; our team reviews them. Very small transfers (dust) are ignored.
• Bank and local payment methods are processed by our payment partner where available. The partner's own terms and any fees shown during payment apply.
• Deposits are for playing. The Site is not a bank or a wallet service, and no interest is paid on balances.

5. Withdrawals

• Request a withdrawal from your wallet. The amount is held from your balance while our team reviews the request. Paid withdrawals cannot be reversed; declined requests are refunded to your balance.
• Before you can withdraw you must have made at least one deposit. Your deposits and ordinary winnings can be withdrawn without any wagering. Money from bonuses and free-spin winnings carries its own wagering requirement (see section 8) and stays in your balance until it is met; the rest of your balance can be withdrawn meanwhile. The bonus amount and what is still to be wagered are always shown on the withdrawal page.
• Minimum, per-request and 24-hour limits are shown on the withdrawal page. A withdrawal fee (currently 9%) is kept from each withdrawal; the fee and the amount you will receive are shown before you confirm. If a request is declined or cancelled, the full amount, fee included, is returned to your balance.
• Methods: crypto (to your own wallet address — never to a ZEOS BET deposit address) and, where available, bank transfer (for example PIX in Brazil or SPEI in Mexico). Bank details must belong to the account holder.
• We aim to process requests quickly but do not guarantee processing times. We may ask for verification first, and we may pay to the method you deposited with where required.

6. Casino games

• Slots and live casino games are supplied by third-party studios through our game aggregator. Each game's rules, paytable and return to player (RTP) are set by its studio and shown in the game.
• Demo mode uses the studio's play money only; it never touches your balance and has no cash value.
• Every bet and win is recorded against your balance in real time. If our records and a game display ever differ, our records and the studio's game logs decide.
• A malfunction voids all pays and plays affected by it. Obvious errors in a game, odds or payout may be corrected or voided.

7. Poker and table games

• In poker and in table games (such as UNO, Dominoes and Backgammon) you play against other players. When there are not enough players, house players operated by ZEOS BET may take seats. House players are always marked "House" under their name.
• You take a stack from your balance when you sit down and get what is left back when you leave. Where a fee or rake is taken from a pot or a game, it is shown at the table.
• If you don't act before your timer runs out you are removed from the table. In a two-player game the other player then wins; in a larger game a house player may take over your seat. Idle players may be removed.
• Collusion, chip dumping, sharing hands or using any assistance software is forbidden.

8. Bonuses, free spins and promotions

• Each promotion has its own terms shown with it; they form part of these Terms.
• Free spins are given on a specific game at a set bet per spin and expire on the date shown. Free-spin bets don't cost anything. Winnings are added to your balance and must be wagered the number of times shown with the offer before they can be withdrawn.
• Unless a promotion says otherwise, each offer can be claimed once per person, household, device and payment method.
• We may withdraw a bonus, its winnings or a player's access to promotions in cases of abuse — for example multiple accounts, low-risk or opposite betting, or exploiting an error.

9. Giveaways

• From time to time we run giveaways, such as collecting coins to win a prize. The rules shown on the giveaway page form part of these Terms.
• Where a giveaway says that some coins or entries are awarded only during our live streams, they are given out only there; playing, deposits and bonuses never award them.
• Coins and entries have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Staff and house accounts cannot take part.
• Winners must verify their identity and eligibility before receiving a prize, and may be asked to take part in publicity. If a prize becomes unavailable we may replace it with one of equal or higher value. Taxes on prizes are the winner's responsibility unless the law says otherwise.

10. Sports betting

When the sportsbook is open, bets are accepted at the odds shown when you place them. A bet is final once accepted. Bets on events that are cancelled, abandoned or settled in error may be voided or resettled according to standard market rules. We may limit stakes or refuse bets. The sportsbook may be switched off at any time; open bets are still settled.

11. Responsible gambling

Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to make money. Set a budget and stick to it, never chase losses, and take breaks. 12. Prohibited use

You may not: use the Site for fraud or money laundering; open multiple accounts; collude with other players; use bots, scripts or any software that plays for you; exploit errors or faults; reverse or charge back payments; or let anyone else use your account. We may void bets, withhold winnings that result, close the account and report the matter to the authorities.

13. Anti-money laundering

We follow anti-money-laundering rules. We may check where your money comes from, refuse or reverse transactions, and report suspicious activity to the authorities without telling you.

14. Closing your account

You can ask Support to close your account at any time; any withdrawable balance will be paid out under section 5. We may close an account under section 3 or 12. Accounts unused for more than [12] months may be treated as dormant.

15. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, interruptions or faults in third-party games, networks, blockchains or payment services, or your use of the Site in breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page; important changes will be announced on the Site. By continuing to play after a change you accept the new Terms.
